Clarence Milne is the architect of the Forge Fitness system — a coach who has lived the athletic journey at the highest levels and brings that experience to every session he coaches.

A national-level rugby and basketball athlete, Clarence spent years competing and developing a deep understanding of what it truly takes to perform at the elite level. He translated that athletic excellence into coaching, accumulating over 7 years of experience in athletic development, CrossFit, and pain management.

As a certified CrossFit judge and 4-year competitor, and an endurance running enthusiast, Clarence brings a rare breadth of athletic knowledge. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, science-backed progression, and the belief that every athlete — regardless of starting point — can achieve extraordinary results.
